While Jenny was home recovering on Friday, her coworkers sent a beautiful arrangement of orchids.
By the time I switched to the orchids, it was getting a little dark (and I didn’t want to switch on lights). So my general orchid setups were fairly bland. However, this shot of the orchid buds turned out rather well… The flash was reflected off the window behind the flowers, but held in such a way that it appears as an oddly-shaped moon rising behind the buds.
I just liked the effect…
