After fishing with her uncle Joe on Saturday, Mia’s enthusiasm simmered until Monday night, when her uncle Rick (who’d shown up Sunday) brought out his fishing gear.
Fishing was a great way for Mia to remain active while the rest of the family was content to simply watch the sun set. Rick stood by to give gentle advice on casting technique, or help when bits of weeds (and even the occasional fish) got snagged on Mia’s line.
