Now I’m not exactly sure what type of butterfly this is — I think it’s a Battus polydamas (Polydamas Swallowtail), but I could well be wrong… I didn’t identify them at the zoo with their sheet, and have had to make-do with online resources.
In any case, this large one had decided to settle by the little stream and bath in the cool water.
