Oblivious —
Cellphones make people oblivious.
To everything.
I was only going to take a photo of the box, which I thought was funny — “City of Chicago, Street Lighting”, hey can I turn off all the lights from right here?? —Â that alone is fairly silly and would probably have resulted in me passing on posting the image… But this woman, on her cell phone, walked right in front of my camera. Attached to a 50mm, meaning close-ish range to take a photo of the box. So I recomposed.
So here’s to you, oh oblivious cellphone woman. And the world of excitement and color in your own cellphone world.
