Our waitress brought this delightful antipasti course — a presciutto mousse that tasted fabulous! Our curiousity as to its name was to be expressed by the Canadian couple at the next table.
Our waitress was uncertain how to say it in English, and went back to the kitchen and engaged in a lengthy discussion with the chef. When she came back, she gently cleared her throat, and said very deliberately: “Ham”…
Well - we could see that, but I doubt we could get a similar dish elsewhere by asking for “Ham”!
