A Frozen Minnehaha Falls —
Minnehaha Falls, in Minneapolis, MN.
When frozen solid during the winter, visitors can climb up behind the ice, or simply walk along in front of it. Unfortunately, some people feel like spray-painting the ice. While this vandalism is fairly temporary and naturally cleaned away when the falls melts, it’s still an eyesore and detracts from others’ visits to the park.
